Project Narrative:
The aim of doctoral study will be evaluation of the importance of new identified targets and experimental drugs with potential effect in therapy of solid tumors. The role and genetic manipulation of selected signal cell pathways will be investigated in experimental tumor in vitro and in vivo models and biological material of solid tumor patients. In addition, the efficiency of new experimental drugs on the basis of classical taxanes wtih potential effect in resitant tumors will be studied.
