The enrolment of First year students

The act of registration will take place at the building A of Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, second floor, Ruská 2411/87, 100 00 Praha 10.

• 16.9.2026 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - the hall dedicated to prof. Radana König (room no. 223, main building A), 2nd floor

• 24.9.2026 1.00 p.m.. - 2:00 p.m. - the hall dedicated to prof. Radana König (room no. 223, main building A), 2nd floor

Students must present the following upon enrollment:

- sign and date the matriculation oath

- Safety and Fire Prevention - kindly print, read and sign with the date at the end of this form

- proof of graduation (copy of diploma if not submitted)

- 1 passport photograph

- full-time students bank account number for sending the scholarship to the bank account number bank account- complete and bring with you to enrolment

- GDPR declaration

- International students with visa requirements residence permit
