Project Narrative:

The task of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment (nootropics +rehabilitation + physical therapy) in the patients suffering from chronic tinnitus. There will be used 3 structured questionnaires within a defined timeframe treatment of this symptom which negatively affects the quality of life. Patients will be filling daily 11 grade tinnitus scale questionnaire (0-10), reflecting the overall difficulty of tinnitus and further at intervals 6,12 weeks structured questionnaires dealing with the quality of their private / work / leisure / life, anxiety / depression and considerations related to negative mental adhesions, which are associated with tinnitus. These axioms will be compared with tinnitometry i.e.: measuring the frequency and intensity of tinnitus characteristic their changes during monitoring.
