Mobility Fund - autumn cycle 2024

Dear academic staff, dear students,

we would like to inform you about the possibility of financing professional trips abroad for academic staff and students from the Mobility Fund of Charles University. It is also possible to finance the stays of foreign guests at the Third Faculty of Medicine. Only physical trips are supported, not online activities.

The goal of the Charles University Mobility Fund is financial support in particular for:

-study at a foreign university lasting one to two semesters

-stays of foreign academics or researchers at the university (also short-term)

-study of foreign students at the UK

-participation in international study or professional events for students abroad (lasting at least 1 month)

-short-term scientific and research stays abroad (lasting at least 1 month)

(The academic worker must have at least 0.5 full-time hours at our faculty, the visiting student must be a full-time student for the entire duration of the visit.)

Interested parties can submit their applications from 16.9. until 18.10. 11:59 (noon) electronically in the veda.is.cuni.cz application. The deadline cannot be extended based on the individual requirements of students or teachers.

In addition to filling out the application, you must also upload the following to the application:

1) letter of motivation signed by the applicant

2) a letter of recommendation from an academic staff member of the 3FM, signed by the author

3) acceptance letter from a foreign workplace signed by the person making it

Documents cannot be in the form of e-mail text. We ask applicants not to upload unsigned documents or documents in the form of e-mail.

Only applications in the "Submitted" status are accepted for consideration.
