On 24th May, we witnessed this year's Students Research Conference. We hope you all enjoyed it a lot, because we definitely did! It was a great day when we could stop together for a while and listen to many interesting lectures on various topics. We could also hear lectures by our guests of honor, who were doc. MUDr. Zdenek Subrt, Ph.D., doc. MUDr. Jan Gojda, Ph.D. and Mgr. Otomar Straw, MBA, MPA.
We would like to thank all the guests of honor, but not only them, but also all the participants and the evaluation committees! And we will be looking forward to seeing you next year at the next year of the Student Scientific Conference.

The Student Research Conference of the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University will take place on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Traditionally, it will consist of lecture and poster sections. An independent expert commission will decide on the division of contributions into sections.
The system for inserting abstracts will open on March 1, 2022 on the SRC website (svk.lf3.cuni.cz). In order to be able to divide the contributions into individual sections, no contributions will be accepted after the deadline for the submission of the abstract, which is set for April 10, 2022.
Whoever does not submit the abstract by this deadline, will not be allowed to participate in SRC 2021 and will therefore not receive credit for enrolled SVA!
After almost two years the SRC will not be affected by the pandemic of Covid-19 and thus will be held in the same present form as it was the previous years. However, we have learned a lot through Covid which is why we leave the option to watch the conference online.
The lecture section will take place in full attendance form in Syllab’s and Burian’s lecture hall with all the participants, their tutors, grading committees and of course the audience on . Tuesday the 24th of May
The poster section will take place in front of Syllab’s lecture hall again with all the participants, the grading committees and the audience. Additionally, the participants will have the option to upload their posters into an app and on the day of the conference the audience will be able to watch them on the internet.
In the application it will be possible to view the recordings of the lecture and poster sections, evaluate them as a part of the voting and last but not least, ask any questions. However, voting will only be possible on the day of the conference,Tuesday the 24th of May.
The announcement of the results of the conference will take place in the evening on the 24th at the Ossegg brewery.
