GOOD LIFE CREATION DAYS – INTERNATIONAL WEEK OF SAVONIA UAS

Savonia University of Applied Sciences would like to warmly welcome you to join our International Week on 17.–21.2.2020. The theme of the week is “Good Life Creation”. The week’s detailed programme and the registration is available at: https://internationalweek.savonia.fi/

The core of the week is to strengthen the idea of how higher education can promote well-being and balanced lifestyle of its staff, students as well as the surrounding community. The topic will be approached from the points of view of different study fields (e.g. Health Care, Tourism, Business, Engineering, Rural Industries) as well as support services.

The programme is designed to suit both academics and administrative staff members and it can be recognized as an Erasmus+ staff (or teacher) visit. International week offers a platform to launch new co-operative initiatives and project ideas.

As an alternative, personal meetings and work shadowing possibilities for different professionals (library, student affairs, RDI, IT services etc.) can be arranged.

The week includes free-time activities to enhance your personal well-being such as the Finnish sauna experience and cultural & sports programme.

No participation fee for Savonia partner universities as agreed in our mobility agreement.
